COMPLETE WELLNESS Through USING FOLK HERB WISDOM by Gayle Redfern
Why did this happen? Complete wellness of the body ensures total well-being through diet, exercise, mental and emotional serenity. How we approach work, leisure and our environment depends upon the stress, age, and inherited characteristics of the individual; we are all different. Whenever we need assistance to correct a slight imbalance or minor pain or ache, then the next natural step is using an herbal remedy. Usually, we find the necessary herbal remedy as close as our kitchen or back garden. In times gone by, we relied upon our grandparents to share their wisdom. We had one knowledge source and it was the right one, for us. Today, information from many cultures comes through television or media, leading to the question -- What is the best? Once we understand the mechanics of the various methods, the answer is not difficult. I believe that rather than answer the question, it was easier, as a society, to rely on the medical system. Consequently, we reverted to drugs and medications that do work but also introduce harmful side effects. Complete wellness is attainable by each person and learning which herbal remedy we need is not a complex system. It, also, does not take as long as we think. For this reason, we created this site of Complete Wellness with an emphasis on the herbal remedy across time. Our intent is twofold. First, introduce the reader to five well-known health or life systems. Second, bring in articles or article locations which readers can share with others. Nothing works so well as word of mouth! Through both of these, we encourage individual thinking and analyzing of their person wellness and the quick solutions of health difficulties. We encourage readers to click on the Herbal Remedy if you want a more in-depth introduction of the site’s content. If not, here is a brief summary of the five systems. 1) 5,000 years ago in India, through Ayurveda, the "Science of Life" citizens of the region discovered the unique energy flowing throughout the body, the Dosha energy. Following this science carries individuals to complete wellness. Rather than rely upon an Ayurvedic physician, we can discover more about ourselves simply by answering a basic Dosha Quiz. Many people perceive Ayurveda and the importance of the dosha constitution as complicated concepts, and certainly not for the layman. However, this is not the case. Ayurveda Cooking is simple and need not take a long time. 2) Moving forward in time, we come to Homeopathic treatment. It existed for centuries but it is only in the 18th century that the popularity increased. 3) The use of an herbal therapy exists historically through all cultures. However, as scientific study expanded, people accepted and acknowledged Herbology. In some cases, they approved and preferred the science over medical science. 4) Even though historical records refer to pets in Greece, it is only in the past century that humans acknowledged the benefits of Holistic Pet Care. 5) For approximately 20 years, a Company known as Nutronix International searched the world for global solutions that were environmentally valuable and top ranking for our bodies. They provide information for complete wellness as well as the effective herbal remedy.
